☆ Detail
DUPONT Hytrel TPEE combines the elasticity of the rubber, strength of the engineering plastic and the processing features of the thermoplastic material. Hytrel is easy for processing and widely used and units and products with saved cost, improved performance, reduced weight or that open a new business market can be developed by combining the ideas of engineers.
1. Features: Striking elasticity, outstanding toughness and high resistance to creep, impact and bending fatigue. The elasticity can be kept under low temperature and good mechanical performance still kept under high temperature. Resistant to oil, fuel, solvent as well as various other chemical products.
2. Easy for processing: can be molded by injection, plastic blowing or rotation technique and also can extrude Hytrel into shaped material ,plate material, plastic blowing or casting film, sheet material, wire material and cord bushings.
3. Wide scope of processing temperature: can maintain its mechanical performance from- 40℃ up to 110℃.
Hytrel with heat stabilizer prescription being added can be used while keeping its mechanical performance under 150℃.

KEYFLEX BT TPEE (KEYFLEX) is a ploy ester elastic material with features similar to rubber, e.g. excellent low-temperature toughness and outstanding elasticity. Comparing with rubber, it demonstrates excellent physical features in terms of mechanical strength, heat resistance and weathering resistance. In terms of processing, KEYFLEX BT TPEE (KEYFLEX) has simplified the processing technique with complex vulcanization process as required by rubber. The degree of polymerization of the structure with softness being adjusted through poly ester synthesis can synthesize products with different levels of toughness and mechanical property that are applicable to various fields.
